Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #54133

He said: “Put water in the cistern for me.” She said: So we did so, so he took a bath, then he went to the waterfall and fainted, then he woke up and said: “Did the people pray?” So we said: No, they are waiting for you. O Messenger of God, he said: “Put water for me in the basin.” So we did, then he went to the waterfall, then he fainted, then he woke up and said: “Did the people pray?” We said: No, they are waiting for you, O Messenger of God. She said: And the people were sitting in the mosque waiting for the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, to pray. Dinner hereafter. She said: So the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent for Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer. She said: Then the Messenger came to him and said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, commands you to lead the people in prayer. Then Abu Bakr, who was a gentle man, said: O Omar, pray. With people. Omar said to him: You have more right to that. She said: Abu Bakr led them in prayer in those days. She said: Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, found lightness in himself, so he went out between two men, one of whom was Al-Abbas for the noon prayer, and Abu Bakr was leading the people in prayer, and when he saw him Abu Bakr went to be late, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, motioned to him not to be late, and he said to them: “Make me sit next to him.” So they made him sit next to Abu Bakr. She said: So Abu Bakr started praying while he was standing with the prayer of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the people They prayed with the prayer of Abu Bakr, while the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was sitting. Ubayd Allah said: So I entered upon Abdullah bin Abbas and said to him: Why not? Shall I show you what Aisha told me about the illness of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace? He said: Bring me, so I mentioned her story So, he did not deny anything about it except that he said: Did she name for you the man who was with Abbas? I said: No, and he said: He is Ali bin Abi Talib.
