Al-Ansari narrated to us, Ma’an narrated to us, Malik bin Anas narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Ibn Akimah Al-Laythi, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He finished a prayer in which he recited aloud and said, “Did any of you recite with me just before?” and a man said, “Yes.” O Messenger of God. He said, “I say, ‘What is wrong with me is that I dispute the Qur’an.’” He said, so the people stopped reciting with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, as he spoke aloud. In which the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, began prayers by recitation when they heard that from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said, “And in The chapter on the authority of Ibn Masoud, Imran bin Husayn, and Jabir bin Abdullah. Abu Issa said this is a good hadith. And Ibn Akaimah Al-Laythi His name is Amara. He is also called Amr bin Ukaymah. Some of Al-Zuhri’s companions narrated this hadith and mentioned this letter. He said, Al-Zuhri said. So the people stopped reciting when they heard that from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. There is nothing in this hadith that applies to the one who saw the recitation behind him. The imam because Abu Hurairah is the one who narrated this hadith on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and Abu Hurairah narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Whoever prays a prayer in which he does not recite the Mother of the Qur’an, then it is prematurity, so it is incomplete prematurity.” So the bearer of the hadith said to him Sometimes I am behind the imam. He said, “Recite it to yourself.” Abu Uthman al-Nahdi narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah. He said, “He commanded me.” The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said that there is no prayer except by reciting the Fatihah of the Book. Most of the hadith’s companions chose that the man should not recite aloud. The imam recited the recitation, and they said he followed the imam’s pauses. The people of knowledge differed regarding recitation behind the imam. Most of the people of knowledge, including the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and those who followed him, and those after them, saw the recitation behind the imam, and Malik bin Anas and Abd say this. Allah ibn al-Mubarak, al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. It was narrated on the authority of Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak that he said, “I read Behind the imam and the people were reciting, except for a group of Kufans, and I thought that whoever did not recite his prayer was permissible. A group of scholars stressed that Regarding abandoning the recitation of the Fatihah of the Book, even if he was behind the imam, they said: A prayer is not sufficient except by reciting the Fatihah of the Book alone, whether or not Behind the Imam. They went to what Ubadah ibn al-Samit narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Ubadah ibn al-Samit read after the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, behind the Imam. He interpreted the saying of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “There is no prayer except by reciting the Fatihah of the Book.” And in this he says Al-Shafi’i, Ishaq, and others. As for Ahmad ibn Hanbal, he said the meaning of the saying of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “There is no prayer for whoever does not recite the Fatihah.” The book. If he is alone. He used as evidence the hadith of Jabir bin Abdullah, where he said: Whoever prays a rak’ah in which he did not recite Umm He did not pray unless he was behind the imam. Ahmad ibn Hanbal said: This is a man from the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who interpreted the words of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said, “There is no prayer for the one who does not recite the Fatihah of the Book.” This is if he was alone. And Ahmad chose with This is to recite behind the imam, and the man should not neglect the opening of the book, even if he is behind the imam.
