Qutaibah narrated to us, Abu Safwan narrated to us, on the authority of Usama bin Zayd, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came On Hamza on the day of Uhud, when he stood over him and saw that he had been mutilated, he said, “If Safiya had not found it within herself, she would have left him until she could eat him.” well-being until he will be gathered from their bellies on the Day of Resurrection.” He said, “Then he called for a sheet and shrouded him in it, so it was when it was extended over his head.” His legs became visible, and when they were stretched over his legs, his head appeared. He said, “So the dead increased and the clothes became scarce.” He said, “Then the man and the two men were shrouded.” And the three in one garment, then they were buried in one grave. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, began asking about them, “Which of them recited the Qur’an the most?” Then he should present it to the Qiblah. He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, buried them and did not pray over them. Abu Issa said the hadith of Anas. It is a good and strange hadith. We do not know it from the hadith of Anas except from this point of view. And we do not know of anyone who mentioned him, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Anas, except Usama bin Zaid .And I asked Muhammad about this hadith, and he said the hadith of Al-Layth on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman ibn Ka’b ibn Malik, on the authority of Jabir, is more authentic. .
