Al-Shafi’i said, and from the meaning of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbidding two sales in one sale, he says I will sell you this house of mine for such-and-such on the condition that you sell me your servant for such-and-such. If your servant is obligatory for me, then my house is obligatory for you. This is different from selling For no known price, and neither of them knows what his deal was.
