Hadith #27529
Yusuf bin Issa told us, Al-Fadl bin Musa told us, on the authority of Abu Hamza al-Sukkari, on the authority of Abd al-Aziz bin Rafi’, on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulaika, On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The partner is an intercessor and the pre-emptor is in everything.” Abu Issa said: This hadith is not We know of it like this except from the hadith of Abu Hamzah al-Sukkari. More than one person has narrated this hadith on the authority of Abd al-Aziz bin Rafi’ on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulaika, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, as a mursal, and this is more correct. Hanad narrated to us, Abu Bakr bin Ayyash narrated to us, on the authority of Abdul Aziz. Ibn Rafi’, on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulaika, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, similar to it in its meaning but not in it, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, and thus more than one person narrated on the authority of Abd Al-Aziz bin Rafi’ like this, there is no narration on the authority of Ibn Abbas, and this is more authentic than the hadith of Abu Hamza. Abu Hamza is trustworthy and can be considered The mistake comes from someone other than Abu Hamzah. Hanad told us, Abu Al-Ahwas told us, on the authority of Abdul Aziz bin Rafi’, on the authority of Ibn Abi Malika, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, similar to the hadith of Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash. Most of the people of knowledge said that pre-emption only occurs in the period And the two lands, and they did not see pre-emption in everything. Some people of knowledge said there is pre-emption in everything. The first saying is more correct.
