حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ أَبِي شَبِيبٍ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ حَدَّثَ عَنِّي حَدِيثًا وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ كَذِبٌ فَهُوَ أَحَدُ الْكَاذِبِينَ " . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَسَمُرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَرَوَى شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ سَمُرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ وَرَوَى الأَعْمَشُ وَابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَأَنَّ حَدِيثَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ سَمُرَةَ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ أَصَحُّ . قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَدِيثِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ حَدَّثَ عَنِّي حَدِيثًا وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ كَذِبٌ فَهُوَ أَحَدُ الْكَاذِبِينَ " . قُلْتُ لَهُ مَنْ رَوَى حَدِيثًا وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ إِسْنَادَهُ خَطَأٌ أَيَخَافُ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ دَخَلَ فِي حَدِيثِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَوْ إِذَا رَوَى النَّاسُ حَدِيثًا مُرْسَلاً فَأَسْنَدَهُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْ قَلَبَ إِسْنَادَهُ يَكُونُ قَدْ دَخَلَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . فَقَالَ لاَ إِنَّمَا مَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ إِذَا رَوَى الرَّجُلُ حَدِيثًا وَلاَ يُعْرَفُ لِذَلِكَ الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَصْلٌ فَحَدَّثَ بِهِ فَأَخَافُ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ دَخَلَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
Muhammad bin Bashar narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Habib bin Abi Thabit, on the authority of Maymun bin Abi Shabib, on the authority of Al-Mughirah ibn Shu’bah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “Whoever narrates a hadith from me while thinking that it is a lie is one of the liars.” And on the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib and Samurah. Abu Issa said, “This is a good and authentic hadith.” Shu’bah narrated on the authority of Al-Hakam On the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Layla, on the authority of Samurah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, this hadith. Al-A’mash and Ibn Abi Layla narrated on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Abd Al-Rahman bin Abi Laila, on the authority of Ali, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and it is as if the hadith of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Laila on the authority of Samurah is, according to the people of hadith, more authentic. He said: I asked Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman about the hadith of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “Whoever narrated a hadith on my authority and it is... He thinks that it is a lie, so he is one of the liars. “I told him: Whoever narrates a hadith knowing that its chain of transmission is wrong, fears that it may be He entered into the hadith of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, or if people narrated a mursal hadith and some of them attributed it to it or changed its chain of transmission, then it has entered into this. The hadith. He said, No. Rather, the meaning of this hadith is if a man narrates a hadith and the basis for that hadith from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, is not known, so he narrated it. I fear that he may have entered into this hadith.
