Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29343

Abd bin Humayd narrated to us, Zakaria bin Adi narrated to us, Ubaid Allah bin Amr Al-Raqi narrated to us, on the authority of Abd al-Malik bin Umair, on the authority of Musa bin Talha, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said when it was revealed: (And warn your closest kindred) The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, gathered Quraysh So he made a general statement and said, “O people of Quraysh, save yourselves from the Fire, for I can do you no harm or benefit from God, O people of Banu Abd.” Save yourselves from the Fire, for I do not possess for you any harm or benefit from God, O people of Banu Qusayy, be saved. Save yourselves from the Fire, for I have no power over you to harm or benefit you. O people of Bani Abdul-Muttalib, save yourselves from the Fire, for I have no power over you. I will do you no harm or benefit, O Fatima, daughter of Muhammad, save yourself from the Fire, for I will do you no harm or benefit. Indeed, I am merciful to you. “I will make her wet with my own wetness.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good, authentic, and strange hadith from this perspective. It is known from the hadith of Musa ibn Talha.” Ali bin Hajar told us, Shuaib bin Safwan told us, on the authority of Abd al-Malik bin Umair, on the authority of Musa bin Talha, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet He prayed May God bless him and grant him peace
