حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْثَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ عَلَّمَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم التَّشَهُّدَ فِي الصَّلاَةِ وَالتَّشَهُّدَ فِي الْحَاجَةِ قَالَ ‏"‏ التَّشَهُّدُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَالتَّشَهُّدُ فِي الْحَاجَةِ ‏"‏ إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ نَسْتَعِينُهُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهُ وَنَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شُرُورِ أَنْفُسِنَا وَسَيِّئَاتِ أَعْمَالِنَا فَمَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللَّهُ فَلاَ مُضِلَّ لَهُ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلاَ هَادِيَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَيَقْرَأُ ثَلاَثَ آيَاتٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ عَبْثَرٌ فَفَسَّرَهُ لَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ ‏:‏ ‏(‏اتَّقوا الله حقَّ تقاتهِ ولا تموتنَّ إلاَّ وأنتمْ مسلمونَ‏)‏‏.‏ ‏(‏اتّقوا الله الَّذي تساءلونَ بهِ والأرحامَ إنَّ اللهَ كانَ عليكُم رقيباً‏)‏‏.‏ ‏(‏اتَّقوا الله وقولوا قولاً سديداً‏)‏‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ الأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ وَرَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ وَكِلاَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ صَحِيحٌ لأَنَّ إِسْرَائِيلَ جَمَعَهُمَا فَقَالَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ وَأَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ وَقَدْ قَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِنَّ النِّكَاحَ جَائِزٌ بِغَيْرِ خُطْبَةٍ ‏.‏ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَغَيْرِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ‏.‏
Qutaibah narrated to us, Abther bin Al-Qasim narrated to us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Al-Ahwas, on the authority of Abdullah, he said: The Messenger of God taught us God, may God bless him and grant him peace, reciting the tashahhud in prayer and reciting the tashahhud in times of need. He said, “The reciting tashahhud in prayer. Greetings to God and prayers.” And the good ones. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and God’s mercy and blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of God. I bear witness that there is no god but God. “And I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.” And the tashahhud in need. “Indeed, praise be to God, we seek His help.” We seek His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in God from the evils of ourselves and the evil of our deeds. For whomsoever God guides, none can mislead him, and whomsoever He leads astray, none can guide him. “And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.” And he recites three verses. “Abathar said, so he explained it to us.” Sufyan Al-Thawri: (Fear God as He should be feared, and do not die unless you are Muslims). (Fear God, by whom you ask, and the relatives. Indeed, God is a Watcher over you.) (Fear God, and speak words that are right). He said. On the authority of Adi bin Hatim. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Abdullah is a good hadith that was narrated by him. Al-Amash, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Al-Ahwas, on the authority of Abdullah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Shu’bah narrated it on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Ubaidah. On the authority of Abdullah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. And both hadiths are authentic because Israel combined them and said, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Al-Ahwas and Abu Ubaidah on the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Some people of knowledge have said that marriage is permissible without A sermon. This is the opinion of Sufyan al-Thawri and other scholars.
