Mahmoud bin Ghaylan told us, Abu Dawud told us, he said Shu`bah told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of a man, on the authority of Farwa bin Nawfal, he said: God said on his authority that he came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said, “O Messenger of God, teach me something that I can say when I go to bed.” He said, “Read: (Say, O O disbelievers, it is a disavowal of polytheism.” Shu’bah said: “Sometimes he says it once and sometimes he does not say it.” Musa told us. Bin Hazzam, Yahya bin Adam told us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Farwa bin Nawfal, on the authority of his father, that he came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said hello, so he mentioned something similar to it in its meaning, and this is more correct. Abu Issa said: Zuhair narrated this hadith on the authority of Abu Ishaq on the authority of Farwa ibn Nawfal. On the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, similar to this. This is more similar and more authentic than the hadith of Shu’bah. Abu Ishaq’s companions were disturbed about this. Hadith... This hadith was narrated from another source. It was narrated by Abd al-Rahman bin Nawfal on the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and Abd al-Rahman He is the brother of Farwa bin Nawfal.
