Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29327

Muhammad bin Bashar narrated to us, Yahya bin Saeed narrated to us, Hisham bin Abi Abdullah narrated to us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Imran bin Husayn said: We were with the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, on a journey, and he differed among his companions in walking, so the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, raised his voice. With these two verses, O people, fear your Lord. Indeed, the earthquake of the Hour is a great thing.) To his saying: (Indeed, the punishment of God is severe.) So when he heard His companions urged Al-Mutti and knew that when he was saying something, he said, “Do you know what day that is?” They said, “By God.” And His Messenger knows best. He said, “That is a day on which God will call upon Adam, and his Lord will call upon him and say, ‘O Adam, send forth the resurrection of the Fire.’ Then he will say, ‘O Lord. And He did not send the Fire, so He says, “For every thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine will go to Hell, and one will go to Paradise.” So the people despaired to the point that They started laughing, and when the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw those with his companions, he said, “Work and give good news, for by the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, you are There are two creatures that were not with anything but multiplied it: Gog and Magog, and whoever of the sons of Adam who died, and the sons of Satan.” He said. So some of what they found was hidden from the people. He said, “Work and give good tidings, for by the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, you are only among the people.” Like a mole on the side of a camel or like a spot on the arm of an animal.” Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
